Job Title: Production Crew Member

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our production team based in Sydney.

The successful candidate will have experience in asphalt manufacturing, a commitment to safety, and a focus on quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain mobile equipment such as Front End Loaders, Skid Steers, and Forklifts.

- Ensure all safety and quality standards are met.

- Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the asphalt manufacturing process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- General Construction Induction Card (valid)

- Mechanical skills (fitter or mechanically inclined background desirable)

- Relevant experience in asphalt manufacturing or related field

- Ability to work well in a team with strong positive attitude

- Flexibility to work day and night shifts as required

- Zero Harm Commitment (dedication to maintaining a zero-harm culture)
