Care Worker Role

Deliver exceptional care and support to individuals in their homes as a Care Worker.

This role involves providing assistance with daily living tasks, such as personal care, household chores, and meal preparation. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to enhance their independence and wellbeing.

About the Job
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Provide home help services, including general housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.
  • Support clients with mobility and therapy goals, including providing complex care for those with high care needs.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
Requirements
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured vehicle.
  • Experience of 3 months or more in a similar professional role, with experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications.
