Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to lead regional technology implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technology implementation projects from initiation to closing, including updates and upgrades.
  • Provide functional project leadership to guide and motivate teams.
  • Manage technical aspects by effectively utilizing subject matter experts.
  • Ensure delivery of value and strategic business outcomes.
  • Effectively manage scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, quality, communications, and stakeholders.
  • Provide project reporting as required internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of project management experience managing enterprise-level Operational Technology (OT) or Information Technology (IT) projects in similar industries.
  • Experience managing large-scale technology projects involving system integrations, upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Preference for candidates with functional and/or technical understanding of mining technology systems.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create scope, schedule, communication, and other project management plans.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Skilled and versed in various project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and remain calm under pressure.
