
Problem Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Incident and Problem Manager to lead our resolution teams in delivering high-quality services while managing incidents.
The successful candidate will be accountable for the delivery of the problem management process, ensuring that problems are identified and resolved in a timely manner. They will maintain progress communication with customers and autonomously manage the incident and problem management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct a resolution team as a major incident manager.
- Maintain progress communication with the customer.
- Autonomously manage the incident and problem management processes.
- Provide training and guidance to resolution teams.
Requirements:
- Presentation skills: articulate technical and business value/outcomes to varying audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence in a client-facing role.
- Sound understanding of the ITIL framework with practical experience of operating ITIL-aligned incident and problem management processes.
