Facility Manager Wanted

We are seeking a highly experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our leisure facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-use facilities and be able to ensure compliance with government standards.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic direction experience, and a solid background in facility management. They will also have experience in community engagement and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a Request for Quote (RFQ) process for new Leisure Management Software Systems, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
  • Manage workforce development planning, staff recruitment and training, and business planning for aquatic operations.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of aquatics, gym, and dry side facilities.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Recreation Management or Business Administration.
  • Current WA C class driver's licence and Western Australian Swimming Pool Operators certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years management experience in a recreation or aquatic centre environment.
