Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This full-time, fixed-term role will be based at our campus and will be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of innovative digital marketing activities to ensure the division meets its key performance indicators.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of innovative, successful, and cost-effective digital marketing activities
  • Build and nurture respectful working relationships within the team and stakeholders across the wider business
  • Draft and prepare agency briefs, project timelines, and budgets
  • Work closely with the team to ensure all supporter-facing communications adhere to brand guidelines
  • Support the Head of Digital to meet the digital team's KPIs through both paid and non-paid digital channel management
Requirements

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, digital media, or a related discipline
  • At least 3+ years relevant work experience in digital within a marketing team
  • Understanding of best practice digital marketing techniques
  • Campaign and project management skills with demonstrated ability to develop clear plans and timelines
  • Proven analytics capability and ability to use data to inform decision making
