Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to join our team.

As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, campaign setup and optimization, landing page optimization, and A/B experimentation.

You'll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop campaigns that meet client objectives and deliver impressive results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives
  • Managing campaign performance and optimizing accordingly
  • Working with the marketing and creative team to develop campaigns
  • Analyzing campaign data to inform future strategy
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 4+ years of proven working experience and results in digital marketing, particularly with B2B
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO initiatives
  • Experience setting up and optimizing campaigns on major ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn)
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, WordPress)
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
