About the Role

The Project Officer (Communications) will play a key role in advancing communications and consumer engagement strategies for the Clinical Outcomes Data Reporting and Research Program (CORRP) registries and the Clinical Quality Registry (CQR) Hub at Monash University.

This dynamic position blends administrative and engagement activities to elevate the profile of critical health registries, including the Australasian Pelvic Floor Procedure Registry (APFPR), ensuring they are recognised as trusted, independent entities focused on consumer safety and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include engaging with stakeholders and consumers, driving key communications initiatives, and contributing to the successful execution of public engagement strategies.

In addition to overseeing communications strategies, this position is responsible for broad sector engagement and supporting registries within Australia and internationally, including maintaining and developing website content, newsletters and social media platforms to effectively promote registry activities.

A strong project coordination skillset is essential, along with proficiency in social media management and an understanding of research environments. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and significant experience in communications, research or registry management.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about public health, communications and driving positive consumer engagement. In return, Monash University offers a competitive salary range $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, plus generous benefits and flexible working arrangements.
