About the Role

This Communications Manager position involves driving client-focused communication strategies that elevate HCA's brand and support business growth. You will be responsible for crafting engaging content for digital channels, including email campaigns, website copy, and paid media ads, while also supporting occasional internal messaging initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement comprehensive communication strategies to enhance engagement and brand positioning
  • Develop and execute digital content plans across multiple channels, including email, web, and social media
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and impactful communication across all HCA brands
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this Communications Manager role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in communications or content marketing, focusing on digital and client-facing content
  • Proven success in creating digital communication strategies that enhance engagement and brand positioning
  • Strong writing and editing skills, especially for email marketing, web content, and ad copy
  • Proficient in email marketing best practices and digital tools, including CMS and analytics platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate impact and optimize strategies
