
Accounts Payable Specialist

As an Accounts Payable Professional, you will be responsible for the full-cycle processing of Accounts Payable, including validating charges, performing 3-way matching, and reviewing invoices for proper documentation. You will also manage the weekly payment disbursement process, ensure accurate GL coding, and verify approvals on all vendor documentation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle Accounts Payable processing, including validation, 3-way matching, and review of invoices for proper documentation.
- Manage the weekly payment disbursement process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Verify approvals on all vendor documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Review and reconcile Company Credit Card statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is also required, with NetSuite experience a plus.
