Job Title: Logistics Operations Supervisor

Are you looking for a challenging role that involves managing the logistics of a busy hub? As a Logistics Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hub, ensuring that packages are sorted accurately and loaded onto trailers in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the hub, including supervising unloaders, sorters, and part-time supervisors.
  • Analyze load forecast volume projections to ensure adequate staffing.
  • Review daily operational reports to manage productivity and performance.
  • Collaborate with hub and feeder management to plan peak season and special sort activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
  • Legal, regulatory, and safety compliance knowledge - Preferred
  • Understanding of policies and procedures to situations and operations in a business environment - Preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
