Fletcher Insulation is a leading Australian manufacturer and distributor of insulation products, with iconic brands such as Pink Batts and Sisalation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role that's all about real growth—our previous Supervisor has just been promoted to Manager
As the newLogistics & Fabrication Supervisoryou'll be at the heart of ourSalisbury DC operations, guiding a dynamic team across warehouse and fabrication functions.
You'll be the go-to person for creating a safe, efficient, and people-focused environment where collaboration and continuous improvement thrive.
We're looking for someone who's not afraid to jump on a forklift, lead toolbox talks, and coach others to be their best.
You'll be working closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring top-notch customer service and smooth logistics operations.

Do you have these skills?

• Previous experience lading small teams in a warehouse or logistics

• Passionate about safety, and leading Toolbox talks

• Excellent communication and ability to take all member on a journey

• Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement skills along with high level customer service

• Experience in process improvement, coaching and developing teams

• Skills in warehouse admin, reporting and forecasting

• Confident on SAP S4/Hana or other ERP, along with Microsoft efficiency

• Forklift license, and First Aid Certification (not essential)

• Outgoing personality, team and outcome focused
