Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our concrete heavy vehicle fleet in accordance with NHVR accreditation.

Your key duties will include:

  • Scheduling and executing preventative maintenance tasks to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of our fleet;
  • Managing and approving follow-up work identified by suppliers within predetermined limits of authority;
  • Reviewing and prioritizing maintenance requests using internal online systems;
  • Monitoring and reviewing work quality to ensure high standards are met;
  • Monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as heavy vehicle outages;

In order to succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Heavy Diesel Mechanical trade qualification/license;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of heavy vehicle trucks and NHVR regulations;
  • The ability to travel across metro NSW as required;
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively.
