From workforce planning and recruiting to organisational design and change management, you'll play a key role in building strong teams, supporting leaders and ensuring our continued growth as a values-driven organisation.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic workforce planning to ensure our people capability aligns with business goals.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding, ensuring new team members are set up for success.
  • Drive organisational design that supports agility, efficiency and growth.
