We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Talent Pathways Partner for a 12-month parental leave cover. As the driving force behind national programs, you will unlock opportunities for students, trainees, return-to-workers, and career changers in aged care and disability services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the delivery and continuous improvement of our national Talent Pathways programs
  • Manage student placements across multiple disciplines including care, disability, clinical, and business
  • Spearhead education partnerships, workforce development projects, and early career initiatives
About You:
  • You have experience leading talent or workforce development programs, particularly student placements, traineeships, or graduate programs
  • You understand Australia's VET and higher education systems and have worked with funding bodies or grants
  • You are confident building relationships with stakeholders at all levels and managing strategic partnerships
