Financial Operations Specialist

As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will provide critical support to financial reporting across Australia, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial operations for the Australian entity, guaranteeing compliance with established procedures.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis for projects, providing insightful recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with external audits, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, and customer management, maintaining optimal cash flow.
  • Handle banking payments and reconciliations, minimizing risks and maximizing efficiency.
  • Perform month-end closing and reporting, adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping and ledger records, facilitating informed business decisions.
  • Prepare and lodge BAS/IAS, ensuring regulatory compliance.
The Ideal Candidate

Candidates should possess at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating confidence working across multiple entities. They should be near completion of CA/CPA and exhibit strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, commercial acumen, and a team player mindset.
