About the Role

The Digital Transformation Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape, ensuring seamless integration of business needs with technology solutions.

This exciting opportunity involves:

  • Leading the design and implementation of our reference architecture, strategies, and end-to-end solution architecture across various technology platforms and business domains.
  • Collaborating with our technology partner to deliver optimal business value and outcomes.
  • Acting as a key liaison between the business and technology teams to ensure solutions meet business/user requirements while aligning with our overall strategy and enterprise architecture.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Technology Alignment: Ensuring technology solutions support and align with business strategy, advising on technology that advances business objectives.
  • Enterprise Architecture: Contributing to the overarching enterprise architecture strategy, establishing guidelines and standards, promoting best practices.
  • Collaboration and Governance: Collaborating with our technology partner on the roadmap to the target state, participating in architecture review boards, overseeing design, issue resolution, and decision-making across solutions.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensuring adherence to cybersecurity, privacy, and data governance regulations during changes.
  • Vendor and Change Management: Managing vendor relationships, collaborating with product owners and the technology partner to ensure change initiatives provide business value and strategic alignment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in IT Architecture, familiarity with IT infrastructure systems.
  • High motivation, organisation, and ability to build trusted relationships.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a technology architecture role, further studies complete (e.g., TOGAF).
