
Childcare Administration Officer

Our company is a leading provider of high-quality childcare services. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an administrator and payroll officer.
This role plays a crucial part in supporting our employee team by managing all rostering, time sheet approvals, sick leave & annual leave approvals.
The successful candidate will be based in our head office and will support multiple locations across Sydney and Canberra.
Job Responsibilities- General reception and administrative duties.
- Managing various databases to ensure currency of data.
- Creating & maintaining rosters, including sourcing staff for vacant shifts and setting up new employees in payroll systems, approving time-sheets, fulfilling shifts, entering, managing, maintaining data on all payroll systems.
- Full management of HR systems, MYOB, Employment Hero, and Deputy Roster.
- Experience working in childcare or an administration role highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with rosters/payroll/accounts is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple services.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Mature and professional attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to liaise with key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Ongoing learning and development opportunities.
