Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Consultant to provide expert support and guidance to healthcare professionals at our community health centers.
About the Role:- Promote excellence in Child and Family Health Nursing through leadership, research, and professional development
- Foster collaboration between healthcare providers, consumers, and stakeholders to develop and evaluate clinical practice standards
The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced team of clinicians, contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services across two sites. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practice guidelines
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and service evaluations
- Mentor and support junior staff members in their professional development
- Ensure effective management of resources and services
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- At least 5 years of post-registration experience in Child and Family Health Nursing
- Approved postgraduate nursing qualifications relevant to the field
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and knowledge translation
