Clinical Lead Specialist in Child Mental Health

As a seasoned clinical leader, you will provide expert guidance and direction to our Community Child & Youth Mental Health Services (CYMHS) team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the CYMHS community team in delivering evidence-based mental health care.
- Provide high-level clinical advice and support to multidisciplinary staff in ED and community settings.
- Collaborate with the CYMHS Service Manager on strategic planning and service development.
- Maintain high standards of clinical governance, documentation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Oversee all aspects of clinical activity including workload allocation, regular clinical meetings, assessments, and peer reviews.
Establish partnerships with schools, general practitioners, child protection services, and other stakeholders to enhance consumer outcomes.
You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to children and young people. This includes developing and implementing effective strategies to improve service outcomes, managing budgets and resources, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
