About the Role:The role entails providing expert clinical guidance to Nurses and staff within the Child and Family Health Nursing domain. This includes developing and implementing clinical practice standards, evaluating outcomes, and ensuring efficient management.
Key Responsibilities:- Expert Clinical Practice: Provide high-quality nursing care in Child and Family Health Nursing.
- Clinical Excellence: Foster a culture that promotes research, professional leadership, and exceptional patient outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers and consumer groups to develop and implement clinical practice standards.
- Evaluation and Management: Effectively evaluate outcomes and ensure efficient management in Child and Family Health Nursing.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to think critically, and have an Australian driver's license (including P1 or P2).
