Key Operations Role:
This role is crucial to the efficient functioning of our operations team. We seek an experienced professional to join us as a key manager.
Working closely with our management team, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing rosters, leave, and training schedules that support staff and managers to meet their service delivery priorities.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that improvements to workforce management tools, systems, and practices meet workload and wellbeing requirements across the broader operations team.
About You:
We are looking for someone with experience in developing and implementing operational processes.
Strong analytical skills and an ability to solve problems using data sets of information are essential.
Demonstrated experience with developing, implementing, and evaluating systems, and ensuring deliverables are achieved within set timeframes is required.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to manage collaborative relationships with key stakeholders are necessary.
Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive relevant experience are required.
