  • Process Adherence: Ensure that the proven sales process is followed at all times, maintaining the highest standards of sales excellence.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with employees and clients, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Target Achievement: Achieve manufacturer and internal sales targets, driving business growth and success.
  • Compliance: Adhere to and comply with policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dealership Operations Manager who possesses:

Proven Track Record: A proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.Leadership Experience: Previous experience managing a sales team and leading high-performing teams.Customer Service: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional results.Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and employees.Management Skills: Excellent management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.Reliability: A reliable, honest, highly motivated, and well-presented individual who is committed to excellence.Driver's License: A current NSW Driver's License.Availability: Availability to work Saturdays is a must.About the Company
