Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management
    • Coordinate and manage the restaurant's daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
    • Ensure efficient service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
  • Customer Service
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff.
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant budgets, controlling costs and ensuring profitability.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, implementing strategies to prevent accidents and incidents.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • Cert III in Hospitality or other relevant management qualification.
  • Experience
    • At least two years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
