We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to fill the role of Regional People & Culture Partner - APAC. The successful candidate will play a key part in shaping our company's future by driving strategic workforce planning across multiple countries.
The ideal candidate will have extensive HR management and business partnering experience, gained in an international role and environment. They will be able to adapt quickly to new challenges, think creatively, and balance local needs with corporate policies and processes.
As a Regional People & Culture Partner, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the People Plan for the APAC region, managing a team member in the Talent Acquisition team, and ensuring that all reward-related processes are understood and managed within the APAC region.
You will also be responsible for leading at least one P&C strategic annual objective globally, and for compiling and analyzing HR-related data to identify trends and support the business to make meaningful people-based decisions.

Key Responsibilities:- Defining and implementing the People Plan for the APAC Region
- Managing a team member in the Talent Acquisition team
- Ensuring that all reward-related processes are understood and managed within the APAC region
- Leading at least one P&C strategic annual objective globally
- Compiling and analyzing HR-related data to identify trends and support the business to make meaningful people-based decisions
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
