Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Management and Assurance Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end Quality and Assurance Management processes, including quality management, quality assurance, and test management activities across platforms and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Quality and Assurance Management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality training and education programs.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with quality management and assurance.
  • Develop and implement test management plans and strategies to ensure the quality of training and education programs.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and key performance indicators to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in a related field or equivalent skills and experience.
  • Understanding and demonstrated application of risk-based approaches to quality management and assurance.
  • Excellent understanding of software development and DevSecOps best practices.
  • Wide experience in different types of testing required in digital delivery.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD workflow and test automation.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in managing technical teams, coaching and mentoring team members, and fostering a collaborative and agile team environment. You will be an excellent communicator and will have a solid understanding of business operations and customer support.
