This is a rare and unique opportunity for a business-minded Occupational Therapist to develop and manage clinical services. After taking the Occupational Rehabilitation market by storm, this Allied Health owned service plans to provide the same top-notch service to clients with a disability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage this new Service division: Launch into the NDIS | Clinical services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with support coordinators, ensuring seamless communication and effective service delivery.
  • Develop marketing plans and foster business connections
  • Onboard and support clinical contract staff ensuring smooth integration
  • Quality assurance: review and ensure high levels of clinical competency, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Grow teams in areas across NSW.
  • Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and fostering partnerships.
  • Provide one assessment per week to keep you hands-on, without billable pressure.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA Registration
  • Previous NDIS Experience
  • Great Leadership skills and flair for managing relationships
  • Strong understanding of support coordination process
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • High level attention to detail and a love of quality
  • Ability to manage contract OT staff.
