This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance our approach to injury management and rehabilitation. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensive framework for managing workplace injuries and rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective return-to-work strategies.
- Provide expertise and guidance to claim managers, employers, health practitioners, and members on injury and rehabilitation management.
- Assess capability and recommend vendors for engagement in line with return-to-work/claims management strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote best practice injury management and facilitate safe and sustainable return-to-work strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A tertiary qualification in a medical or allied health-related discipline and current professional body registration are essential requirements for this role.
