We are seeking individuals to join our Rehabilitation team in a flexible hybrid environment. This role will be based in Hervey Bay.
This is an opportunity to empower injured clients through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.
- Manage client portfolios with commitment and care
- Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes
- Conduct vocational and non-vocational assessments
- Contribute to a safe and supportive workplace culture where colleagues feel valued
- Manage time effectively while enjoying autonomy in a mix of on-site, in-office, and remote work.

Key Requirements:
- Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist
- Registration with relevant authorities
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (or equivalent arrangements)
