Infrastructure Project Specialist

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering critical facilities across Australia.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate and manage engineering aspects of infrastructure projects from design through to delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and plans.
  • Monitor project milestones, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Assist in procurement, contractor management, and project documentation.
Key Qualifications:
  • Degree-qualified in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering design or project delivery, ideally within infrastructure or critical facilities.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Working knowledge of relevant software and design tools (AutoCAD)
