Based in Queensland, this position will support our upcoming New Brand. On offer is a Regional Service Manager role, where you will:
- Conduct on-site inspections of service centres in various areas.
- Guide and promote the improvement of customer satisfaction in service centres.
- Promote and guide service centres to implement company policies.
- Manage, assist, and guide customer complaints and special incident handling in the region.
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure. The ideal candidate will be proactive and adaptable, with experience in after-sales regional management or dealers management.
