Senior Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team and take ownership of the centre. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will provide leadership and motivation to your team while having a significant impact on the day-to-day operational running of the site.
Key Responsibilities- Production Workshop Management: Oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
- Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
- Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
- Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: Ensure the site is operating profitably. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, and Management Reports.
- Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place.
- Work Health and Safety (WHS): Ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system, ensuring all WHS policies and procedures are followed, and reporting and actioning safety incidents/near misses immediately.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are also essential for this role.
