About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration & Data Management Lead to join our team at Northrop Grumman Australia. As a key member of our C-27J Program, you will be responsible for implementing, executing, and managing Configuration & Data Management across the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the stewardship of the C-27J Enterprise Configuration & Data Management System
  • Manage Enterprise Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and C&DM deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with the C-27J Configuration Management Plan (CMP)
  • Support and coordinate C&DM requirements, inputs, and outputs across internal C-27J Program teams and external stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build productive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Talent for working towards predetermined long-range goals and objectives with a consultative and collaborative approach
  • Knowledge and experience within ASDEFCON Sustainment Capabilities, engineering or technical qualifications, C&DM certifications, and familiarity with airworthiness regulations
