Job Opportunity: Senior Programmatic Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our programmatic trading functions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape and strong analytical skills.

The successful candidate will be operationally responsible for setting up, executing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns across display, mobile, and video assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning day-to-day operational responsibility around monetization and delivery of programmatic trading
  • Overseeing setup, execution, and optimization of programmatic campaigns
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive programmatic trading and revenue growth
  • Developing streamlined operational workflows for optimizing campaigns and maximizing programmatic revenue
  • Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on campaign performance and strategy

About Your Experience:

  • Prior experience in programmatic advertising, with a focus on CTV
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using ad serving technology and platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Magnite, Pubmatic, Ad Exchange, and Microsoft Advertising
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
  • Experience in managing supply-side platforms
  • Knowledge about Header Bidding
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
