The Role

">

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Education and Training Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering clinical education programs for Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Personal Care Workers.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our staff receive the necessary training and support to provide exceptional care to our clients. You will work closely with our regional management team to develop and implement effective education strategies that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor of Nursing, current unrestricted AHPRA registration, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. You will also require a minimum of three years' post-registration clinical experience in an aged or acute care setting.

As a seasoned professional, you will have highly developed interpersonal, facilitation, consultation, and negotiation skills. You will be able to drive and build relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, and develop training plans and materials specific to our clinical education requirements within an aged care setting.

You will also need to have strong reporting and analysis skills, as well as the ability to provide and experience in delivering clinical education on a range of improvement methodologies to a diverse range of stakeholders. Previous experience in managing staff, particularly those who are remotely based or traveling, is highly desirable.

What We Offer

">

We offer a competitive salary package of $130,000 gross per annum, plus superannuation. You will also have access to 70,000 training and development courses through our learning platform and enjoy benefits such as salary packaging through CBB, Benestar employee wellbeing and emotional support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Nursing and current unrestricted AHPRA registration">
