Resort Maintenance Specialist

Our resort seeks a highly motivated and experienced individual to join its maintenance team. As a key member of the department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep of our facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. Previous experience within a hotel maintenance environment is preferred.

You will be responsible for assisting with general maintenance tasks, conducting regular inspections, and responding to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, you will provide exceptional service to guests by assisting with their needs and resolving any issues promptly.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with plumbing, carpentry, painting, and gardening tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and report faults.
  • Respond to all maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a hotel maintenance environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ability to stay onsite overnight every Monday and Tuesday in staff accommodation.
