About the Role
- As an Automotive Sales and Finance Expert, you will be responsible for assisting customers with purchasing vehicles by arranging their finance. This involves working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Key performance indicators (KPIs) include meeting targets for finance, insurance, and warranty product sales. You will also be responsible for processing vehicle loans from application to settlement.
Requirements
- Highly self-motivated and financially driven individuals are encouraged to apply. A background in sales and/or banking, finance, or insurance industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for building trust and rapport with internal and external customers.
- A high standard of personal presentation is required, along with the ability to work in a busy team environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) are necessary for effective face-to-face and phone interactions.
