Facilities Technician – Maintenance, 12-month contract.

Now, we're on the lookout for a Facilities Technician to join the team at Strike Bowling, Holey Moley, Archie Brothers in Maroochydore—someone who's passionate about people, driven by fun, and ready to create unforgettable experiences.

This role is a 12-month contract.

What You'll Do:
  • Maintenance of all equipment in the venue
  • Collaborate with the Development team and Venue Manager by responding to emails, calendar invites, and logs to follow up on maintenance tasks
  • Complete the Preventative Maintenance Schedule for all amusements and venue attractions/devices
  • Maintain databases and spare parts
  • Maintain workplace safety standards
  • Work with the Area Facilities Manager to sign off and book external trades as needed
  • General facility upkeep: painting, patching, basic plumbing, repairs, etc.

Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate, with ongoing support from the national technical team.

What You've Got:
  • Natural technical/mechanical aptitude
  • Proven technical or mechanical experience
  • Ability to systematically work through complex problems
  • Willingness to learn and problem solve
  • Mature, collaborative, and positive approach to work
  • Ability to work autonomously but also communicate effectively with the team
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work with Funlab systems
