Job Role Overview:

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to lead a team of carers and deliver exceptional care in our Overnight Respite Cottage service.

This full-time position offers the opportunity to manage and direct care for clients' individual needs in our new cottage respite home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of skilled professionals to deliver high-quality care.
  • Manage budgets and ensure quality care provision.
  • Oversee technical aspects of care provision.
  • Provide individualized care to clients.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Aged Care and at least 2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build supportive, professional relationships with clients within a relationship-based model of care;
  • Knowledge of Commonwealth Home Support Program Manual, Home Care Packages Program Guidelines, Home Care Common Standards, and relevant agreements.
  • Experience managing a team of skilled professionals in a multi-site environment
  • A current driver's license and willingness to travel between sites and services.
  • Strong administrative and computer skills.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a genuine interest in helping those in need.
