Job Description

Are you a diligent and resourceful individual with a passion for grounds maintenance? We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the immaculate presentation and upkeep of our grounds.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, a high standard of workmanship, and a friendly, enthusiastic attitude. You will be available to work over a 7-day week roster, including some weekends and public holidays.

  • Maintaining immaculate presentation and upkeep of our grounds, including mowing, weeding, pruning, landscaping
  • Providing incidental customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs across caravan and camping sites, cabins, amenities, and other facilities
  • Servicing splash parks - cleaning, dosing, water balance, repairs, and maintenance
  • Cleaning and maintaining public areas and facilities
  • Assisting with gardening projects or basic mechanical repairs and painting

Responsibilities include:

Essential Requirements
  • First Aid Level 2 (can train if required)
  • Current CPR (can train if required)
  • National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
  • Working with Children's Check or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience operating and maintaining equipment such as lawn mowers, edgers, sweepers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers, sprayers, and basic hand tools
  • Well-developed communication and organization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with management in a professional manner
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision
