We are seeking experienced professionals to lead and supervise teams in the beautiful Southern NSW region.
">- Leading small teams is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities include:
- Achieving agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accountability for all business operations and guest experiences
- General maintenance skills and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
- Overseeing onsite kiosks
- Being hands-on with a positive can-do attitude
A strong Australian-based support office and local management teams will provide assistance on Workplace Health and Safety, holiday park legislation, IT, and HR.
Selection Criteria:
- An energetic approach with outstanding customer service
- Proven experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with RMS booking system and good computer skills
- Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes
- Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner
- Availability to work across a seven-day roster including public holidays and weekends
