About the Role

The Practice Manager is a key member of the Ryde Veterinary Clinic team, responsible for the overall management and operation of the clinic. The successful candidate will have a strong background in veterinary nursing and experience in practice management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff management, client communication, and financial management.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve patient care.
  • Lead a team of veterinary nurses and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage the clinic's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing with a minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience.
  • Experience in practice management, including staff management, client communication, and financial management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
