About the Role

SASH is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to foster strong relationships with our referring veterinarian partners. This role involves building trust and delivering exceptional service to drive business growth and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with referring veterinary clinics, promoting SASH's unique offerings and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Provide educational support to veterinarians, facilitating workshops, and events to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Offer dedicated support to referring veterinarians, delivering value-added services to optimize their experience and outcomes.
  • Effectively handle complaints and objections, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Veterinary Relationship Manager team in NSW to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with the SASH Marketing Team to develop and refine marketing materials tailored for referring veterinary clinics.
  • Manage administrative tasks and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely data.
About You

We're looking for a skilled professional with exceptional interpersonal skills, a commercial acumen, and a passion for building strong relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to comprehend and analyze financial data to drive business decisions.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel within NSW.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a strong team orientation.

Desirable

  • Experience working in an emergency and/or referral veterinary clinic, or a willingness to develop skills in this area.
  • Sales or commercial experience, with a proven track record of success.
