ServiceNow Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our network for upcoming opportunities supporting high-profile Federal Government and Defence projects.

This role will provide an opportunity to work with cutting-edge ServiceNow platforms, delivering impactful solutions that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency across complex environments.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications and workflows in alignment with client requirements.

    2. Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

    3. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions.

    4. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimisation of ServiceNow modules.

    5. Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, ideally in secure or government environments.

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps.

  • Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and ServiceNow configuration.

  • Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.

  • NV1 Security Clearance.
