About the Role

This is a key leadership position supporting the Store Manager in coaching and developing the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive outstanding sales. The role involves mentoring and guiding staff to achieve monthly targets and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail sales environment, with a passion for delivering customer service that exceeds expectations. They should be detail-oriented and have a keen interest in home styling and creating beautiful living spaces.
