**Portfolio Management Opportunity**
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in managing a significant portfolio of properties across Victoria. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving these properties to ensure they meet the required standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
In this role, you will oversee the maintenance and improvement of properties within the portfolio. This will involve:
- Maintaining the works registry to ensure all properties are well-maintained
- Scoping and costing improvement works, making recommendations for budget allocation
- Coordinating with third-party service providers to achieve best value and quality outcomes
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications and experience in building or related trades
- Experience in supervising contractors and trades
- Considerable experience in building management and reporting disciplines
- Demonstrated experience in achieving best practice property management processes
- Proven ability to build strong networks and partnerships
- Evidence of capacity to manage outcomes through volunteer networks
