Job Opportunity

A dynamic leader with experience in facilities management is required to support a highly regulated and people-focused portfolio within the community and essential services sector.

About This Role
  • Lead contract operations across essential services sites, ensuring service delivery meets client expectations, regulatory standards, and internal performance metrics.
  • Manage a team of Facilities Managers and Coordinators, maintaining accountability and performance.
  • Maintain safety, incident response, and service quality through proactive leadership and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational delivery of integrated facilities services across sensitive and regulated portfolios.
  • Team management, performance monitoring, and compliance maintenance.
  • Regular liaison with clients, service providers, and internal teams to build relationships and trust.
  • Documentation, compliance, and reporting adherence.

Requirements

  • Proven facilities management experience in complex or compliance-driven environments.
  • Background in healthcare, disability, aged care, or social infrastructure.
  • Strong people leadership skills, including managing diverse teams and subcontractors.
  • Commercial acumen, budget management, and report writing skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in FM, Project Management, or Trade.
