Job Overview

The ideal candidate will lead the delivery of facilities services across a portfolio of buildings.

This includes designated financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset and vendor management programs.

Key responsibilities include prioritizing stakeholder engagement to ensure service delivery expectations are met without introducing risk.

  • Develop and manage occupier and client relationships to meet service delivery expectations
  • Responsibility for delivering customer and property services to a portfolio of buildings
  • Conduct building inspections and complete reports within governance timeframe for respective portfolio
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and all facilities procedures
  • Proactively contribute to the effective and efficient operations of portfolio/facilities and share continuous improvement initiatives
  • Liaise with facilities vendors and coordinate facilities works in conjunction with account team
  • Deliver facilities related projects in line with agreed standards
  • Manage and monitor service outputs to achieve standards against KPI's and service level targets, report regularly to key stakeholders

Requirements include prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field preferred, tertiary qualifications in Property, Facilities or Trade related fields desirable but not mandatory, and demonstrated aptitude in interpreting and analysing numerical data for reporting.
