Senior HR Systems Manager

This is a key leadership role that involves overseeing the implementation and optimization of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The successful candidate will have expertise in implementing SAP SuccessFactors and will drive process efficiency and improve employee experience.
The HR project lead will be responsible for leading the project from initiation to completion, collaborating with the HR team, IT, and external stakeholders. They will work closely with the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of the system. Additionally, they will optimize SAP SuccessFactors across all HR modules, review and refine system configurations to ensure they meet business needs, and coordinate and manage system testing.
As the primary point of contact for all system-related inquiries, the HR project lead will provide support to end-users and update user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system documentation.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, hands-on experience supporting and administering SAP SuccessFactors, and a strong understanding of core HR processes and basic knowledge of employment legislation.
They will also have experience with system testing, issue tracking, and documentation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
