Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Yardi Systems, Inc. Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Yardi is a global leader in real estate technology, delivering innovative property management solutions to clients across every real estate sector. Our success is built on superior products, outstanding service, and a company culture that's as dynamic as the technology we create. We believe in fulfilling work experiences and are committed to our customers, employees, and communities.

As we expand our presence across Asia Pacific, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager, Human Resources (HR) to help drive this growth, shape our company culture, and establish foundational HR practices tailored to our regional needs.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for our Asia Pacific offices in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and China, advising senior leaders on strategic HR decisions and supporting the cultivation of a positive and high-performing organisational culture.
  • Develop and implement scalable HR frameworks including performance management, talent development, and leadership support that align with both global priorities and local requirements.
  • Partner on new employee onboarding and orientation across all locations, ensuring a consistent and supportive start to every employee's journey with Yardi.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and industrial relations requirements across all relevant jurisdictions, particularly Australian Fair Work legislation and modern awards. Adapt HR policies and procedures as needed to remain aligned with evolving legal standards and business objectives.
  • Design and deliver learning and development initiatives, with a focus on leadership capability, HR compliance, employee engagement, and ongoing professional growth.
  • Partner with our global HR team to support cohesive execution of key initiatives and ensure regional HR strategies reflect global goals.
  • Work alongside hiring managers to define workforce needs and build clear, effective position descriptions.
  • Occasionally manage full-cycle recruitment for business-critical or hard-to-fill positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and guiding offer negotiations.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with external recruitment partners and agency networks.
  • Drive employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts in the region to attract top-tier talent.
  • Offer practical, hands-on HR support and advice, using your expertise to navigate complex challenges and deliver thoughtful, business-aligned solutions.
  • Travel to regional offices as required to strengthen relationships, reinforce our culture, and support local HR needs on the ground.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices, including demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations matters across multiple jurisdictions.
  • A proven track record of innovation in HR, with strong experience building high-functioning teams and efficient HR processes in a growing business.
  • Strategic thinking and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into action and work hands-on where needed.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities, with a flexible and pragmatic approach to change.
  • A collaborative, curious, and growth-oriented mindset aligned with Yardi's values and mission.

What Would Be Helpful:

  • Experience using and administering HRIS platforms.
  • Knowledge of regional HR practices across the Asia Pacific, including Singapore, Hong Kong, and China.
  • Prior experience working within a multinational business and supporting cross-border teams.

What You'll Get as a Yardi Employee:

  • The opportunity to help shape the future of Yardi's Asia Pacific HR team, with the potential to grow and develop a high-performing HR function.
  • A collaborative, inclusive work culture that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical/dental insurance, paid time off, profit sharing, and wellness programs.
  • A global network of over 9,000 employees in 40+ locations, with the chance to learn, develop, and make a real impact on our business.

At Yardi, we pride ourselves on being a place where innovation meets integrity. If you're a seasoned HR professional ready to make your mark in a dynamic global environment, we'd love to hear from you
